ART NOUVEAU SILVER CHATELAINE SCENT BOTTLE
An antique Victorian sterling silver chatelaine perfume/scent bottle with an embossed Art Nouveau lady.
The bottle measures 4cm by 1cm, is stamped '925' on the stopper and tests positive for silver.
During the Victorian period, ladies of the house (housekeepers) wore a chatelaine which attached to the waist with a variety of useful accessories, including items like this scent pendant.
Condition: In true unrestored antique condition with age related patina, tarnish to the silver and some small dents..
