VINTAGE CIRO FAUX PEARL NECKLACE
A beautiful vintage double strand necklace of simulated faux pearls with a 9ct gold clasp by the jewellery company Ciro. The necklace is stamped '9CT CIRO' on the clasp and is in it's original satin lined presentation box.
Ciro Jewellery was established in 1917 and launched the imitation pearl in the 1920's and became a sought after brand with flapper girls and early film stars.
The necklace measures 48cm in full length and sits just below the neckline.
Condition: In true vintage condition with some signs of tarnish and peeling to the small pearls near the clasp. The box is in vintage condition and does have some marks on the outside and to the satin.
